Always wear suitable protective equipment when working overhead. 2. Adjust the Support Props Extend each telescopic support prop to the required height between 115cm and 290cm. Position the pressure plates firmly against the supporting surfaces and secure the adjustment using the locking mechanism. Check that both props are vertical and stable before applying any load. 3. Position the Material Place the plasterboard, ceiling panel, door frame, timber, or other material into position. Carefully increase the pressure on each prop until the material is held securely without applying excessive force. Use both props together to provide balanced support across larger panels. 4. Complete the Installation While the support props hold the material in place, carry out drilling, screwing, fixing, gluing, or other installation work.
