2. Commercial & Wholesale Operations

All transactions conducted across supplier catalogs, RFQ bidding systems, purchase orders, and payment gateways must represent legitimate commercial activity. Multi-tenant boundaries and catalog sovereign permissions are strictly enforced.

3. Account & Multi-Tenant Security

Tenants are responsible for safeguarding all administrative credentials and managing authorized user roles. Cross-tenant data isolation is guaranteed by system architecture and database query safeguards.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
