  • All 13 core modules, enabled. Identity, tenancy, CRM, partners, finance, workflows, notifications, documents, help, settings, navigation history, communications and database backup.
  • Enterprise Data Isolation. Multi-tenant security with isolated schemas, role-based access, and enterprise encryption.
  • Seed reference data on day one — chart of accounts, tax rules, workflows and roles, so the system is usable immediately.

Commercial terms

For a production deployment we agree the module set, the user profile and the support arrangement, then quote it. Here is exactly what goes into that quote, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Modules enabled

The 13 core modules plus whichever of the 17 optional ones you switch on. You can change this later without reinstalling.

Users and roles

Named users, and how the role and permission model is used. There is no per-seat licence server — access is enforced in the application.

Environment

How many environments you run — for example development, staging and production — and whether the database and storage are yours to operate.

Support

The level of support and any agreed response times. We will state these explicitly in the agreement rather than imply them with a badge.

Questions

Before you ask

Is the trial 30 days, and is it activated automatically?

Yes to both. A newly registered tenant is stamped with a trial end date 30 days out, and when that passes the tenant is moved to trial-expired and shown the options page. Nothing is deleted and nothing is billed automatically.

Do I lose my data when the trial expires?

No. Expiry changes the tenant's status and gates the interface; the rows stay in your database. Reactivating restores access to exactly the same data.

Can I turn a module off again?

Activation is a per-tenant switch in the module store and can be toggled back. Note that deactivating hides the module's screens and navigation; it is not a data-deletion operation, and historical rows stay in the schema.

What does the commerce module need before I can take a payment?

Nothing, to start. A simulated gateway is seeded by default so you can complete a real checkout end to end. When you have live credentials, add a Stripe, PayPal or Adyen configuration for your tenant — the credentials are encrypted at rest.

Do you offer refunds or a money-back period?

The trial needs no payment, so there is nothing to refund during it. Commercial terms after the trial — including any refund or cancellation terms — are set out in the written agreement rather than advertised here.
