Position the inner tube to match the height needed for your project. 2. Position the Support Props Place the props beneath the plasterboard, ceiling panel, timber, cabinet, or other material requiring temporary support. Ensure both the top and bottom pads are resting on stable, flat surfaces. 3. Secure the Height Tighten the adjustment mechanism and engage the double safety locking system to lock each prop securely in place before applying any load. 4. Apply Support Pressure Rotate the tension handle or adjustment mechanism until the prop provides firm support. Apply only enough pressure to hold the material securely without over-tightening. 5.
