2 Pcs Plasterboard Props 115-290CM Extendable Telescopic Drywall Plasterboard Support Props Upto 40Kg Yellow Lifter for Drywall Double Safety Locking
2 Pcs Plasterboard Props 115–290 cm Telescopic Drywall Support Set
Support plasterboard, drywall panels and other suitable installation materials more securely with this practical 2 piece plasterboard prop set. Each telescopic support is designed to extend from approximately 115 to 290 cm, providing adjustable temporary support during fitting, positioning and overhead installation work.
Finished in yellow, the support props are specified to hold up to 40 kg when correctly positioned and used within their intended limits. The double safety locking system helps maintain the selected working length while the telescopic design allows the props to adapt to a range of suitable working heights.
2 Piece Support Prop Set
The set includes 2 extendable plasterboard support props, providing multiple support points for suitable installation and positioning tasks.
115–290 cm Adjustable Length
Each support prop extends from approximately 115 cm to 290 cm, allowing the working height to be adjusted according to the installation area and task requirements.
Telescopic Design
The telescopic construction allows the prop to extend and retract as required, making it useful for different ceiling heights and suitable temporary support applications.
Up to 40 kg Support
The props are specified for support loads of up to 40 kg when used correctly. Do not exceed the stated capacity and always consider the stability and distribution of the supported material.
Drywall Support
The adjustable props are suitable for temporarily holding compatible drywall sheets in position during installation and alignment work.
Plasterboard Installation Support
Use the props to assist with positioning suitable plasterboard panels, particularly during overhead or ceiling installation where temporary support is useful.
Double Safety Locking
A double safety locking system is designed to help secure the selected prop length and reduce unintended movement when the support is correctly adjusted.
Adjustable Working Height
The wide extension range provides flexibility for working in different rooms and installation areas, helping adapt the prop to suitable floor-to-ceiling distances.
Temporary Ceiling Support
The props can provide temporary upward support for suitable panels while they are aligned and fixed into position. They are not intended to replace permanent structural supports.
Useful for Panel Positioning
Use the props to help hold compatible sheet materials steady while measurements, alignment and fastening are completed.
Suitable for Renovation Work
The adjustable design makes the props practical for suitable renovation, refurbishment and interior fitting projects where temporary vertical support is needed.
Yellow Finish
The yellow colour provides a clear and visible appearance on busy work areas, making the support props easier to identify during installation tasks.
Compact Retracted Storage
When retracted, the telescopic format reduces the overall working length, helping make the props easier to transport and store between jobs.
Simple Height Adjustment
Extend the support to the required working height and engage the locking system according to the supplied instructions before placing the prop under load.
Use on a Stable Surface
Position each prop on a firm, dry and level surface. Avoid unstable flooring, loose debris or slippery surfaces that could cause the support to move unexpectedly.
Check Locking Before Loading
Always verify that both safety locking mechanisms are correctly engaged before allowing the prop to support plasterboard or other suitable materials.
Distribute Load Evenly
Position the props so the supported load is balanced and stable. Avoid concentrating excessive weight on one point or using the props at unsafe angles.
Do Not Exceed 40 kg
Never exceed the stated 40 kg maximum support capacity. Consider the complete weight of the supported panel and any additional materials placed on it.
Temporary Support Only
These props are intended for temporary installation assistance and positioning. Do not use them as permanent structural supports, lifting equipment for people or substitutes for approved load-bearing systems.
Safe Release After Installation
Confirm that the supported material has been permanently secured before gradually releasing the prop. Avoid sudden release while any load remains dependent on the support.
Practical Drywall Support Solution
Combining 2 telescopic props, a 115–290 cm adjustment range, support up to 40 kg and double safety locking, this yellow plasterboard prop set provides a practical temporary support solution for suitable drywall, plasterboard and interior installation work.

| How to use | 1. Unpack and Inspect Both Support Props Carefully unpack the two yellow plasterboard support props and inspect the telescopic tubes, contact pads, adjustment mechanisms and double safety locking components for bends, cracks, looseness or other visible damage before use. 2. Prepare the Working Area Clear the installation area of unnecessary tools, debris and trip hazards before positioning plasterboard or drywall. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and make sure the floor and supporting surfaces are firm, stable and suitable for using telescopic props. 3. Position the Plasterboard Safely Lift the plasterboard or drywall panel into the required position using appropriate handling methods and sufficient assistance for its size and weight. Do not rely on the support props as lifting devices unless specifically permitted by the manufacturer's instructions. 4. Extend the Props to the Required Height Position each prop vertically beneath the material being supported and extend the telescopic sections gradually between 115cm and 290cm as required. Keep the contact pads correctly positioned and avoid excessive angles that could reduce stability. 5. Engage the Double Safety Locking System Adjust each prop until it provides firm, controlled support, then fully engage the double safety locking mechanism according to the product design. Check both locks carefully before releasing any manual support from the plasterboard. 6. Distribute the Load Between Both Props Position the two props to support the plasterboard evenly and prevent concentrated loading in one area. Do not exceed the stated capacity of up to 40kg and always follow the manufacturer's guidance regarding load distribution and working position. 7. Release the Props Carefully After the plasterboard has been permanently and securely fixed, support the area as necessary before releasing the locking mechanisms. Reduce the telescopic pressure gradually and remove each prop carefully without allowing the supported material to shift or fall. 8. Clean, Retract and Store Safely Wipe away plaster dust and construction debris after use, retract both props to a compact length and check the locking mechanisms for wear or damage. Store the props in a clean, dry location and discontinue use if any structural or locking component becomes damaged. |
